For a small legal consultancy, cash flow is everything. Hermans Legal had good clients. They just had a follow-up problem.

01

The Challenge

Nobody owned the follow-up process. The partners assumed someone else was handling it. There was no sequence, no logging, no visibility. By the end of each quarter they were routinely carrying 15 to 20 invoices more than 45 days overdue.

02

The Approach

They connected Receivio in under an hour using a pre-built sequence, adjusted the timing to fit their client relationships, and set reminders to go out under the responsible partner's name. When a client replied with a dispute, the sequence paused and the right person got notified.

03

The Results

Overdue invoices dropped from an average of 18 to 4 in the first quarter. Two clients who habitually paid late started paying on time within two billing cycles. For the first time, they had a complete record of every follow-up interaction.
